SHIPPING POLICY
Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
This confirmation means we have added your order to our postage schedule.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Depending on your country (if outside EU), you might have to pay taxes and import duties (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Fanny Cail is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us at fannycail04@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
